Refund policy
At Wordophobia, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept your return or issue a refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received it.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, confirmation email).
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at wordophobia@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Please ensure the photo clearly shows both the affected area and the printed design or identifying feature of the product, so we can verify the issue and match it to your order. For example, if the item is damaged, the printed area and the damage should be visible in the same image, whenever possible.
Note: Please do not send any items back until we authorize the return.
4. Return Address (Important Notice)
Since we work with a third-party print-on-demand provider, returns are not sent to a single physical location. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address specific to your item (if applicable) or further instructions.
Important:
- Do not return items to the sender address on your package—this is not a return facility, and unauthorized returns may be lost.
- Unapproved returns (items sent without prior authorization) will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Note: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at wordophobia@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and follow the return request process outlined in Section 3 (How to Initiate a Return).
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—typically by sending a replacement at no additional cost or issuing a refund.
Note: To expedite resolution, photo proof of the issue is required. See Section 3 for details.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
8. Exchanges and Non-Defective Items
Due to our print-on-demand production process, we do not accept exchanges and returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color selections, or minor imperfections (e.g., slight fabric variations). However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us at wordophobia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and describe your concern. We’ll do our best to work with you and find a reasonable solution.
Note: All resolutions are made at our sole discretion, and each case is evaluated individually.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
